SIEM REAP was once a war-torn city where people lived in fear of attack by the Khmer Rouge and so the city was filled with poverty. Angkor


Angkor means ‘City or Capital'; it is a world heritage site that is under UNESCO since 1992. This site is located to the North of Siem Reap town which is just about a few kilometers.

Angkor Wat temple was built by the Khmer king ‘Suryavarman II (1113 – 1150) in the first half of the 12th century. He was a great king who ruled Cambodia during the glorious time of the Khmer Empire. 

Preah Vihear
